Ishwari Samarakoon

Proprietor / Speech Pathologist

Ishwari is the proud owner and Principal Speech Pathologist at Speech Therapy Services.

After graduating from Curtin University in 2000 she worked in a number of settings in both the public health and education sectors. As the founding Speech Pathologist at the Peel Language Development Centre, she was instrumental in setting up their school based programs. Her dedication and expertise in communication therapies has helped many children lead happier, more fulfilling lives. Her areas of special interest are literacy, behaviour and autism. If all that isn’t enough, she also finds the time to do arty things like photography, going to the theatre and watching foreign films.


Jessica Evans

Speech Pathologist

Jessica Evans is wholly committed to helping children reach their full potential. She holds a degree in Speech Pathology from Curtin University and a diploma in Counselling. As a Speech Pathologist, her areas of special interest include literacy and articulation. She is PROMPT trained.

Jessica’s journey into healthcare began as part of international children’s charity Radio Lollipop, providing comfort, fun and entertainment to sick children in hospital.

On the weekends, Jessica’s strengths shine in upcycling tired furniture into modern, artsy creations and the friendly competition of games night with friends and family.


Courtney Hill

Speech Pathologist

Courtney is a fun and dedicated clinician who loves working with families to achieve their goals. As a fierce-animal lover/craft enthusiast, she finds her zen by practising yoga, doing cross-stitch, and spending time with her dog and three cats.

Courtney is committed to helping school-age children with articulation difficulties, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her clinic room is a safe space where children’s speech and language skills are developed.


Doha Youssef

Speech Pathologist
Doha Youssef is an exceptionally motivated Speech Pathologist with experience working as a therapy assistant with children with autism.  She is passionate about developing relationships with her clients and their families. Assisting children to develop their pre-literacy and literacy skills is a specific area of interest for her.
While she has a soft spot for cats and old-school music, you will most likely find her reading, watching films, traveling or spending time with family and friends when she is not working.


Paige Curtis

Speech Pathologist
Paige is a fun and enthusiastic Speech Therapist with a Masters degree in Speech Pathology from Curtin University. Having lived overseas in different countries, Paige appreciates the challenges that people who can’t communicate face every day.
She has a passion for working with children and developing relationships with their families. Her areas of special interest include articulation, fluency disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
In her spare time, she enjoys rowing, hanging out with friends and taking her two Moodles for walks around the river or along the beach.

Natalia Berelowitz

Speech Pathologist
Natalia graduated from Curtin University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology. She is passionate about working with parents to help them communicate with their children, helping children achieve their communication goals and finds it rewarding to see the “light bulb” moment when children finally achieve a target. Natalia is especially interested in working with articulation, fluency and early language.Outside of work Natalia enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going to the park with her dogs, playing soccer and reading or baking in her spare time.

Leah Speech Pathologist


Leah Chester Browne

Administrative Support
Leah is one of the newest members of our team, working as our receptionist and administration support.
After graduating, she went to university and is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce at The University of Notre Dame in Fremantle.
Growing up with a speech therapist for a mum, she has a soft spot for this field of work and loves being in this environment.
You will find her op-shopping on the weekends, as well as heading to the theatre or watching some live shows whenever possible.
